In the Boss AI Bootcamp, we walk you through setting up AI team members for your business, step by step. So the work doesn't all sit on you.
You're the marketer, the seller, and the support desk. And most of us use AI like a tool. You open a chat, type a prompt, then copy, paste, and fix it yourself.
It's not your fault. A tool still needs you to do the work. A team member does the work for you!
You give it a real job, and it does real work. So your business depends less on you, without hiring a big team. Every AI team member needs a Job Card, just like a new hire needs a job description. It has six parts:
If you've ever said "I need a team to hand tasks to," this is for you.
Inside your business, we walk you through installing and activating your own AI team, step by step.
So follow-up, reporting, content, and admin work don't all sit on you.
We set up the tools with you, live, in Grok Bot and Claude, for video editing, social posts, nurture emails, and automations.
*They're AI assistants, not licensed financial or legal advisors.
This isn't a course you watch and never install. You leave with AI team members installed.
Tools don't stick, because you're still the one doing the work. A team member with a role, context, connectors, skills, a finished output, and a check is different.
And you don't have to. It drafts, and you decide.
And you're right, it doesn't replace you. It prepares you. It does the homework, so you can make the call.
It does sound like a robot when you feed it nothing. Your Job Card gives it the context it needs.

From our CEO, in his own words:
"I've grown multiple businesses over the last 24 years, and I've been through every up and down."
"My best skill is delegation, and building systems and processes. That's exactly what we teach here."
"Delegate the work to AI team members, so they do it consistently, repeatedly, on time, with speed."
"That frees you and your team to do more. And that builds a stronger, scalable business."
"For three years, I used AI like everyone else. I'd prompt a chatbot, get an answer, and then do the work myself. That's when it clicked for me. AI could do the whole job, not just answer questions."
"So I built the Perfect Inbox EA. It clears out the marketing noise, so I only see the emails I need to see." "If I'm gone for a week, two weeks, even a month, on vacation with no phone and no Slack... it still clears my inbox and forwards the right emails. Customers keep getting answers, and nothing sits unanswered."
"It reads my meeting notes, client meetings, team meetings, department standups, and our Slack channels." "Anything anybody says they'll do, it catches. When somebody promises a task, it tracks it." "Now it reminds me what somebody owes me, and what I promised somebody else. So I keep my promises, and they keep theirs to me."
"We've got a CMO, a CFO, a COO, a CRO, and a chief of staff. And they're all bots." "Just the other day, our CFO alerted me about a double charge from a vendor. That would have likely gone missed for a long time." "Our CMO found people who hadn't picked a time for our webinar. It had our lifecycle copywriter write the emails, and our automation builder built the workflow."
"One bot does the ideation, another writes the content, and another writes the scripts. Then it comes to me to approve." "Then my AI clone records the video, my video editor bot edits it, and my social media bot posts it." "I want proof that it got done. It takes screenshots, so I can see everything went live."
"Its job is to hunt for prospects. It makes sure they have a Google Business Profile, a phone number, a website, and a confirmed owner name." "Then our lead enrichment agent researches each business and scores which of our offers fits best, from zero to ten. All of that becomes data we use for outreach."
Zach Gilliland, CPO
"If there's one agent you build once you have momentum, it's the watchdog. It makes sure the agents are actually doing what you want them to do." "A server may be up, but that doesn't mean it's doing the job. One morning I had eight agents on fire. It found the issue, fixed some of them, and flagged the rest."
Zak Konanz, COO
"It checks in with me through my day and asks me what I'm working on." "It tells me how much time I'm spending on what, and which tasks I can hand over to an AI team member. So I stay productive and keep saving time."
"We don't want our data going out there, or an AI agent going haywire. So we have a safety officer." "It double checks everything and sets rules and guardrails. If something goes wrong, it alerts you, and it catches other bots that aren't following the rules."
This is how we work. It's not a promise of results. Your results depend on your business, your effort, and your setup.
It starts Tuesday, December 1. Live sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays: December 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, and 17. Fridays are Q&A and extra help, with open Q&A on December 4, 11, and 18. And everything is recorded, so you get a replay of every single session, whether you attend live or not.
Each live session runs 60 to 90 minutes, twice a week for three weeks. If a week gets away from you, the replay goes up the same day, and the Friday Q&A is there to help you catch up.
Yes. You have 30 days. If the bootcamp isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
Yes. We build each AI team member with you on screen, click by click. If you can send an email and use a browser, you can follow along. If you get stuck, bring it to the Friday Q&A.
The bootcamp covers the training and the live setup. Some tools we use, like Claude, HeyGen and ElevenLabs, have their own plans. We'll show you which ones you need, and where a free tier is enough to start.
It's your face and your voice, trained on your own recordings, and you approve every video before it goes out. Most owners use it for updates and follow-ups, where clients mainly care that they heard from you.
You decide what each AI team member can see. We walk through permissions together, keep sensitive accounts read-only where we can, and every Job Card ends with a Check, so nothing goes out without your OK.

Real work gets done, not just answers. Your business depends less on you, so you can do more without hiring.
