Currently, all sub-accounts under the same subscription will have access to the Ultimate HighLevel WhiteLabel Support. What exactly counts as an Ultimate HighLevel WhiteLabel Support client?

White-glove Client Onboarding & Setup (Extendly Created Snapshot): With this service, we onboard your clients into an existing Extendly snapshot or one customized by you or your team. This option involves using a snapshot from The Ultimate GoHighLevel Snapshot Marketplace (sold separately). Our team will handle the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for your clients. The first onboarding is pre-paid, and subsequent onboardings are invoiced weekly.

White-glove Client Onboarding & Setup (Agency Created Snapshot): This service is suitable for agencies that already have their own snapshot or have procured one made by someone else. Our team will work with your existing snapshot and onboard your clients, ensuring they are set up correctly and have a smooth transition. Similar to the Extendly Created Snapshot service, the first onboarding is pre-paid, and the rest are invoiced weekly.

Both services include our White-glove Client Onboarding & Setup process, which ensures a seamless experience for your clients, regardless of the snapshot’s origin.

What exactly counts as client onboarding?

Client onboarding refers to any setup process required for a client to start using the platform, including setting up sub-accounts, integrating with external tools, and providing getting-started training.

Will the cost be the same if the client wants to be onboarded into an existing sub-account?

Yes, the cost will remain the same if the client requires the same setup to be performed by our team but prefers to be onboarded into an existing sub-account. The pricing is based on the number of clients being onboarded, regardless of whether they require a new sub-account or can be added to an existing one.

Can we provide a map to make it easier to understand our snapshots?

Yes. In order for our team to be able to provide the best onboarding experience for your clients, our team will need a detailed understanding of your onboarding needs, via a mapping or a zoom walkthrough video.

Can the onboarding session be customized to cover specific HighLevel features?

Yes, we can tailor the onboarding session to focus on the specific GHL features you wish to include, ensuring that your clients are only exposed to these features and receive training on how to utilize them.

How long does it take for clients to get scheduled for their onboarding call after signing up for the service?

Once clients sign up for your service, they can typically schedule their onboarding session within 1-3 days. You can send them to the onboarding intake funnel included in the Ultimate WhiteLabel Direct To Client Onboarding.

What is the cost for additional calls if the client needs more support to understand the system?

Additional support is included in our Ultimate HighLevel WhiteLabel Support. The Plus Agency Support is included for three months as part of our Ultimate HighLevel Sign Up Offer.

How long does the onboarding session last?

The initial onboarding session consists of two parts: a Tech Call, which lasts 20-30 minutes and covers all integrations (Domains, Calendars, Facebook, GMB, etc.), and a training call, which lasts up to an hour, depending on the features you want us to train your clients on.

What happens after the months of Plus Agency Support included?
