Day 24 Recap – First “2 Demo Day” + A New Customer 

 
Hey guys, it’s Beant with Extendly, and here’s my Day 24 update on building a white-labeled AI SaaS with HighLevel + Extendly’s Ultimate AI Agency in a Box snapshot, support, and onboarding. Big Wins Today:

Two demos booked on the same day!

First time hitting this milestone.

Previously it was one demo here and there.

New customers signed up!

Came from one of today’s demos.

They’ve agreed to a trial.

I’m building a test bot for them to evaluate.

Heads Up:

·Customer is not fully onboarded yet.

·If the test bot performs well, they’ll:

Complete onboarding.

Convert to a paid account (adding to MRR).

·If not, there’s a chance they might not continue.

Current Status:

·4 clients total (2 on trial, 2 paid).

·Momentum is building – could we hit 3+ demo days soon?

Lesson of the Day:

Momentum compounds. Keep stacking wins. Two demos today means a chance for two sales tomorrow.
