Hey guys, it’s Beant with Extendly. Here’s today’s update on my journey to build an AI SaaS solo – until it’s big enough to hire a team.
I’m building this SaaS by:
White labeling HighLevel
Using Extendly’s Ultimate AI Agency in a Box
Leveraging white-label support + onboarding services
Today’s Highlights:
Demo with a real estate brokerage
Brokerage has 600–700 agents.
Explored how AI could help their operations.
Pitched the idea of starting a pilot program for 2–5 agents.
Not rushing to close—this is a longer sales cycle due to size.
If it closes:
Huge opportunity for rapid scale
Will require hands-on effort to support onboarding at that size
If it doesn’t close:
Still valuable lessons learned to refine my process
Key Reflections:
Social posts are still going out daily to keep momentum alive.
Researching more AI use cases to improve offerings.
Biggest challenge: Time management
Balancing this SaaS build with Extendly + other businesses.
Logged ~20 hours total so far – not bad, but pace feels slow.
100% focus would accelerate growth dramatically.
Moving Forward:
·Continue refining processes and handling demos.
